● CA and Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
● 10+ years of Work experience in Accounting and Finance.
● Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
● Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, FreshBooks and QuickBooks is an addedadvantage
● Strong English Communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
● People Management and Leadership skills
● Solution oriented approach to different scenarios in Accounting.

● Managing the global finance teams and ensuring maintenance of proper books of accounts for allGroup entities comprising entities in - India, US, UK and UAE and setting up systems for compliance with regulations in these countries.
● Monitoring monthly MIS to be submitted to board and investors
● Taking active part in commercial negotiations with clients and finalising commercial aspects ofagreements
● Finalisation of books and co-ordination for annual audits and annual tax compliances.
● Holding discussions with Bankers, lenders and Investors and evaluating the best sources of finance forfunding operations of the company
● Coordination with investors and DD teams and ensuring timely closure of funding rounds.
● Oversees the generation of all financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets,shareholder reports, tax returns, and reports to government agencies.
● Makes or oversees any necessary revisions to future estimates and budgets by comparing sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses.
● Evaluates the planning process and makes recommendations for improvements.
● Examines operations to see which areas need to be reorganised, downsized, or eliminated.
● Collaborates with the Board of Director/ Founder and other executives to coordinate planning and set planning priorities.
● Researches long-term economic trends and forecasts their impact on future sales and market sharegrowth.
● Looks for ways to expand into new geographical markets.
● Manages accounting.
