- Being a technology geek at heart.
- Experience in working in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment
- Experience and knowledge of API integrations and Dev Ops.
- Experience of leading API Integrations with E commerce platforms/ marketplaces like Amazon Walmart, Flipkart and platforms like Shopify, Magento etc
- Experience in eCommerce, big data, and data science would be an added advantage
- Strong communication and convincing skill.
- Ability to connect with client brands to talk about our tech stack, and the magic happening at
- the backend.
- You will be responsible for building and leading a strong & agile engineering team, which is ahead of the curve & engaged in creating one of the most successful next generation e-commerce products in India
- You will be tasked to carefully formulate & implement a robust Product Development strategy to ensure complete focus, timely product shipment and achieve overall strategic dominance
- You will be planning technical strategy, product roadmaps, resources requirement and technology cost/budget
- You will own technical & architectural decision making, and be responsible with defining strong engineering processes to establish rhythm, plan product releases, and ensure timely delivery.
- You will lead and own all engagements with external technology teams across platforms, clients and partners, providing real time decision making on feasibility of recommendations and requirements.
- You will ensure excellent uptime for architecture, database, platform, and front-end applications for faster response time and 24/7 availability
- You will deliver an excellent user experience to users located in India and global cities, ensuring a frictionless shopping experience to improve customer loyalty & ensure higher
- conversion rate and average basket size.
- You will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and small agile teams across a variety of complex projects spanning web development, backend services development and multiple language
- You will be responsible for ongoing training, career development and performance management of the team
