We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate - Human Resources with a minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Associate - Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategy, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with our organizational objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and improve employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
• Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior management to address organizational development needs and drive business success.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
