Vice President Human Resource
Assiduus Global is looking for a dynamic E-commerce – Vice President-Human Resource will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The location of the job is Bangalore.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR management.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and improve employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
- Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior management to address organizational development needs and drive business success.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
